Refund Policy for Gizmokings

1. Introduction
At Gizmokings, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items and receiving refunds.
2. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as final sale
3. Return Process
To Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
Processing Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Partial Refunds:
- Certain situations may warrant only partial refunds, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at exchanges@gizmokings.com for further instructions.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
